The 16 teams who have qualified for the first knockout round of the UEFA Champions League are:

Barcelona
Bordeaux

Manchester United
Real Madrid
Sevilla
Runners Up:
AC Milan
Bayern Munich
CSKA Moscow
FC Porto
Inter Milan
Olympiacos
Olympique Lyonnais
VFB Stuttgart
The eight group winners will each be drawn against one of the runners up. They can’t face the runners up from their own group and they can’t face another team from their own country. The draw will be made in Nyon, Switzerland at 12.00 CET on Friday 18th December 2009.
The second round ties will be played over a four week period in February and March 2010. The eight group winners all play away from home in the first legs. Two first leg matches will be played on each of the following dates: 16th February, 17th February, 23rd February and 24th February. Two second leg matches will be played on each of the following dates: 9th March, 10th March, 16th March and 17th March.
