NOTES: The league of Wales has existed since the start of the 1992/93 season. Previously there were three regional leagues for the northern, southern and mid-Wales regions. The best Welsh clubs still compete in the English pyramid. The Welsh cup dates from 1877 but we have only included the most recent results. It was frequently won by English clubs or Welsh clubs playing in the English leagues until their participation was banned from the 1995/96 season.

The New Saints (from Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain) were known as Total Network Solutions from 1997 to 2006 and simply Llansantffraid prior to that.
