Fenerbahce to rival Portsmouth, Bolton and Wigan for Cisse signature?
News today from France suggests that Turkish top side Fenerbahce are preparing a bid for Marseilles Djibril Cisse and muscling in on a proposed move to the Premiership. Reports in Italy suggest that former Arsenal starlet Arturo Lupoli could be on his way to Udinese. The player, who is currently under contract with Fiorentina has spent last season on loan at Serie B side Treviso, but managed only 1 goal in 17 games.
