The draw for the 42nd edition of the Copa America was made in Caracas, Venezuela on Wednesday the 14th February 2007. The tournament matches will be played from the 26th of June to the 15th of July 2007 at nine venues around the country. The hosts, Brazil and Argentina were the seeded teams.
